restaurant

Simply described, Restaurant Del Cook is an expression of a place called Nosé.  Located on the northern edge of Osaka, it is a land framed by the rhythmic rising and falling of intersecting mountain ranges.  Valleys marked by generations of traditional farming provide an ever changing bounty of rich flavored vegetables, fruits and grains throughout the year.

The restaurant itself is perched on a mountainside and is surrounded by old growth chestnut groves.  A herb garden to the front supplies the restaurant with over 50 kinds of spices, lettuces and flowers.  The patio overlooking the valley provides an open space for guests to casually contemplate the quiet beauty of their surroundings.
