Each month three multi-course menus are composed and showcase the extraordinary produce grown within the valleys of Nosé.  The 5-course and 7-course Chef’s menu each represent a different way to experience the region.   A Vegetable Tasting menu can also be arranged by notifying us at the time of your reservation.  Lunch menus start from ¥3675 and dinner menus from ¥8500

The wines in our cellar have been selected to match the style of food served in the restaurant and are carefully stored so that they are served at a temperature that fully expresses their character.  All of our wines are served in Riedel glassware and hand blown glass decanters.
